Office hours are Monday thru  Friday 9 - 5 p.m.

Appointments are taken from 9:00 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday thru Friday.  Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are by appointment and held with a credit card.  

If this is your first appointment, please try to arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork.
